UK - First Class

Small items can be delivered using Royal Mail First Class.
Delivery Time: 1 - 2 days
Average Cost: £1.50 - £4.99

UK - Standard Parcel Service

For larger or heavier items Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service offers a cost effective solution.
Delivery Time: 3 - 5 days
Average Cost: from £4.99

UK/Europe - Courier

We have a variety of options for delivery using carefully selected courier services to all UK and European destinations. Standard and Express delivery services, including guaranteed next day delivery, are available subject to location.

Rest of the World

Order Processing & Dispatch

We will begin to process your order right away and get back to you (via email) with any potential back orders and when they are expected to return. Orders for items which are in stock will usually be dispatched the same day (orders must be received before 1pm at the latest) or the next working day. We will let you know straight away if there are any problems or delays in shipping your order. You will be automatically notified of your order status when it is processed and dispatched. You should normally receive your order within 5 working days, depending on your location and selected delivery option. International shipping times may vary.

Returns

If you wish to return an item you have purchased please contact us in the first instance on 0161 442 1980. All returns must be accompanied by a valid RMA (Return Material Authorisaton). Any returns received without a valid RMA will not be accepted. Each RMA is valid for 14 days from date of issue, please ensure products are returned within this time period.
